Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in shift handoffs and team huddles for seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from accredited institution
- Active Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Passion for patient-centered care and learning new skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
