Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings under preceptor guidance
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in hospital orientation and residency curriculum activities
- Adhere to evidence-based nursing practices and safety protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program with ADN or BSN degree
- Current Oklahoma RN license or eligible by start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays
- No prior nursing experience required (new graduates encouraged)
