Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Participate in shift reports, handoffs, and quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible to obtain upon hire)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Recent nursing graduate or 0-2 years of clinical experience
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred (training provided)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
