Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across specialty units
- Adhere to JCAHO and California Board of Nursing standards
- Complete required orientation and residency milestones
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (or eligible)
- BSN degree from accredited program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Passing NCLEX-RN scores
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts/nights/weekends as needed
