Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license with unrestricted practice privileges
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years of experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated patient advocacy experience
