Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse medical units including ER, Med-Surg, and telemetry
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Participate in rapid response teams and emergency procedures as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (or ability to obtain by start date)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (or equivalent)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification preferred (will be provided if not certified)
- Completion of clinical rotation in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish/Cantonese a plus)
