Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units with clinical precision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and charting in Epic EHR
Qualifications
- Valid Florida RN license (or eligible)
- BSN degree from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Completion of clinical rotations
