Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in Texas or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Recent nursing graduate (within 12 months) or less than 1 year clinical experience
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends
