Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse medical units under guidance
- Accurately document patient assessments and interventions using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Participate in emergency response and code blue procedures
- Complete residency rotations across clinical specialties
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Indiana RN license (or eligible)
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience during nursing program
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating shifts)
