Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient monitoring and triage services via our secure telehealth platform
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical encounters accurately in EMR systems with strict HIPAA compliance
- Participate in virtual case conferences and continuing education opportunities
- Assist in emergency response coordination for remote patient incidents
- Maintain professional development through our RN residency program
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 0-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome)
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong computer literacy and EMR proficiency
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
