Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona RN license (or compact license with Arizona endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
