Responsibilities
- Measure patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Prepare patients for examination, assisting the physician during the exam.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and administer injections as directed by the physician.
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating medical records.
- Ensure patient comfort and privacy during procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized medical facility.
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
