Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records

Qualifications
