Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under direct supervision of senior RNs
- Accurately document patient assessments and interventions in EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly
- Participate in continuous learning through our residency program
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Louisiana RN license (or eligible)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 30 days)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
