Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in handoffs and patient safety protocols
- Complete assigned clinical skills competencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active GA RN license or eligibility (NCLEX pass required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule)
- Pass background check and drug screening
