Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and recovery progress with electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in shift handovers and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active North Carolina RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Recent graduates or nurses with 0-2 years experience encouraged
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic proficiency in Epic EMR systems
