Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in unit rotations to gain diverse clinical experience
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
