Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with enrollment in BSN bridge program considered)
- New graduates and nurses with <1 year experience encouraged
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
