Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Document patient assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals, response to treatment, and critical changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma (or compact state)
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules including nights/weekends
