Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care according to established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia RN license (or eligible to obtain upon hire)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital or ambulatory setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
