Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse medical units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance strategies
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active California RN license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
