Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under supervision of RN mentors
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across med-surg, telemetry, and ER
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Complete residency training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible)
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to professional growth
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
