Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under clinical supervision with preceptor guidance
- Document medical records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in fast-paced settings
- Participate in skills workshops and simulation training
- Adhere to hospital policies and JCAHO standards
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
- Rotate through clinical specialties to identify career interests
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license or eligibility
- Pass NCLEX exam within 90 days of hire
- BLS certification (provided during training)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Unrestricted work authorization in the US
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
