Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under supervision of senior nursing staff
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop patient care plans
- Assist in emergency response procedures and code situations
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active North Carolina RN license (or eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience or recent nursing graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
