Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Implement patient care plans and educate patients/families
- Assist in emergency response and critical care situations
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Recent graduate or career-changer with no clinical experience
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
