Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Assist with medication administration and treatment procedures
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across multiple departments
- Attend specialized training modules and skill development sessions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN program)
- Active Washington State RN license (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Compassion and commitment to patient-centered care
- Willingness to complete hospital residency program
