Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision during residency period
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient assessments and care plans using electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Commitment to completing residency program requirements
