Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under clinical supervision
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
- Participate in orientation skills labs and shadowing
- Complete required training modules and certifications
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or eligible)
- ADN or BSN degree from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pass background and drug screening
