Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Assist in emergency response and critical care situations
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Active Oregon RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Pass NCLEX exam (or scheduled to take)
- BLS certification (provided during onboarding if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
