Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and treatment progress
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- ADN or BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Active Michigan RN license or eligible for immediate licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Graduation within 12 months or recent NCLEX pass
- Demonstrated clinical skills during clinical rotations
