Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings under clinical supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using Epic EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Participate in simulation-based clinical training modules
- Adhere to HIPAA/JCAHO compliance standards
- Complete quarterly competency assessments and skills validations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active WA RN license or eligible for immediate licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Passing score on TEAS/HESI entrance exam
- Completion of clinical rotation in acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a)
- Flexibility to rotate across Med/Surg, ICU, and ER departments
