Responsibilities
- Del compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plansMonitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Passion for serving diverse patient populations
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- No prior nursing experience necessary – we train new graduates!
