Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and treatment procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions
- Assist in emergency response situations following established protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license eligible in OK)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital setting (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Basic computer proficiency with electronic health records
