Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units under clinical supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Contribute to patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam results (or scheduled)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
