Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient monitoring and telehealth consultations via secure digital platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Conduct virtual medication reconciliation and patient education
- Participate in rotational inpatient shifts at Seattle campus (1-2 days/week)
- Respond to emergent situations via teletriage protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and telehealth best practices
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 0-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged)
- Strong proficiency with telehealth technologies (Epic EMR preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
