Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing assessments and patient education via virtual platforms
- Monitor and interpret patient data from remote monitoring devices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop remote care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Triage patient inquiries and coordinate appropriate interventions
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all virtual interactions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Valid California RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Recent nursing graduates with clinical experience encouraged
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
