Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary care conferences
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Current Washington State RN license (or eligible upon start)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting preferred
