Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform clinical assessments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidential medical records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures

Qualifications
- Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Recent nursing graduate or less than 1 year of clinical experience
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
