Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document clinical outcomes in Epic EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Mentor new nurses and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

- Participate in shift handovers with precise communication protocols
Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
