Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients across diverse clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid California Registered Nurse license (RN) required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Basic computer proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
