Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse medical units under RN supervision
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and safety
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license (or eligible for immediate issuance)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (or enrolled in BSN bridge)
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
