Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on health management plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio RN license (or eligible)
- BSN degree from accredited program
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtainable)
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN
- Basic EKG interpretation skills
- Electronic health record experience
- Strong communication abilities
