Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units following evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio (or compact license)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for learning and willingness to complete hospital orientation program
