Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures to ensure patient well-being

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) from an accredited program
- Active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
