Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platform
- Administer medications and treatments remotely under physician supervision
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Respond to emergency calls and triage critical situations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with strong clinical skills considered)
- 0-2 years of nursing experience (new graduates welcome!)
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
