Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and care plans using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain patient confidentiality
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of clinical rotations
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day/evening/weekend rotations)
