Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments and clinical monitoring via telehealth platform
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop remote care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Educate patients on health management and medication adherence
- Respond to emergency situations using established telehealth protocols

Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
