Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments via phone and digital triage systems
- Prioritize patient cases based on clinical urgency and protocols
- Document detailed clinical notes in electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for critical case escalation
- Educate patients on appropriate care pathways and home management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Recent nursing graduate or new RN license holder
- Active Florida RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
