Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and triage medical needs using clinical judgment protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate care between patients, physicians, and ancillary departments
- Provide compassionate patient education on symptoms and care pathways
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely care delivery
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active California RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled to take)
