Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments and prioritize emergency cases
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Follow established triage protocols and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for patient disposition
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate patient care approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
